Interactions with a stranger

Grace is from Twitter. He was one of the first quasi strangers I reached out to in this project, we followed each other based on a mutual friend. He seemed like someone who might ok with doing something like this being asked by a stranger to take photos of themselves, luckily that bet paid off.

Reporting on the creative process

Grace chose to take the photography route when he submitted his likeness to me, as this was early on I had no idea what would give a great result. He took his photos outside in a courtyard the complexity of the environment caused no end of glitching, which fed into the final image. This was a huge learning piece for me, and one that also solidified the projects merit. It remains one of my favourite in the collection.
