Vlad is from Fiverr. There was something about him, he wasn't particularly what I'd go for in a model, he was extremely muscular & blokey but he seemed kinda silly & a bit of an odd ball so I thought he might go for something like this, he was really easy to work with & I think that helped frame him in a positive way.

Reporting on the creative process

He supplied me with 1080p video & it wasn't great, his chin fell away in the conversion process and while I was able to "build in" one, I found myself trying to hide that edge away then bring out the strength in his body. The "ghost" name that I gave him early on, made me think of someone powerful, so the red robe came into play.
